Non voglio diventare un manager

Di recente c'è stata una riorganizzazione aziendale e mi è stata data la possibilità di passare ad un ruolo gestionale lasciando quello attuale, di Technical Leader. Ho rifiutato; per me è stata la cosa più naturale e istintiva perché da tecnico vorrei continuare a fare certe cose.

Nell'articolo in fondo trovate tanti spunti interessanti perché alcuni Tech Lead preferiscono rimanere tali e crescere sempre in ambito tecnico.
